Mr.Lee was the best Dracula actor,i think better as Bela Lugosi.
It's really hard to say who was the best, because, both were great in the role... Bela Lugosi was wicked and convincing, but also censored dearly in the 1930s and 1940s, whereas Sir Chris Lee really benefitted a whole lot with them colorized Hammer films of the late 1950s and onward... In terms of make-up, yes, Lee had better make-up all the way...
