Re: Christopher Lee. (A fans Tale, part 1)
Very good, Colin! Amused the your article.
The same happened, while I read your article I felt as if I was there, as well as when I read the article of Andrés.
Without a doubt it was a great day. For that two important reasons: one went to see, to hear and to be close to Mr. Lee ( "dream" my) other reason was to find the friends of CLW and a together time to pass...
I want to do a request: when this happens again, do some seconds of silence and together you send a very legal energy to the other fans that would love to be with you and Mr. Lee. (Gosh! I will stop for here... the emotion is... )
Re: Christopher Lee. (A fans Tale, part 1)
Colin! Thank You for the start! Awaiting the next 'installment'....What a wonderful day...Thank You so much for sharing it with us....Love the humour, someday maybe you can give us a 'brief' on your 'wrong turn'.....
With Best Wishes and Warmest Regards,
Helen

Thank you Colin for telling us this wonderful story! I can only say how lucky you were to meet Christopher Lee. Hopefully, one day, I can meet him too. Still, thanks for the details on the event! Oh, and thank you for those photos. They were great! Take care Colin!
Warmest regards,
David Clayton a.k.a. Kevin.
Re: Christopher Lee. (A fans Tale, part 1)
Many thanks for all your kind words.
I will get round to the next bit as soon as I have a full day off work. recently I have been working 7 days a week with overtime every night. So like now I only seem to get on here in my breaks.
Plus my thumb still aches like hell, but that's just another excuse.
Once again thanks for taking the time to read my little article, and hope it brought a little smile to your little faces.
Cheers
Colin

Don't worry mate. Take the time you need. Take care of yourself.

Re: Christopher Lee. (A fans Tale, part 1)
Excellent, Colin!! This was a true delight to read! You've captured the buzz and excitement of the day really well. I also love that you have branched out to cover more of what happened, things I had forgotten to include in my own article. As ever, you have told the story of that special day with your customary sense of good humour, and I am eagerly looking forward to reading the next part! You're incredibly witty! You may not believe this, but I STILL chuckle over that "dicing with death" answer you gave on the old trivia thread! It's imprinted in my mind like an insect trapped in amber! Now I have new bits to laugh over and commit to mind, and reading your account brings back all those lovely memories of the event.
Many thanks indeed for writing this, Colin. I am sure that everyone is going to enjoy this as much as I have. It was a great pleasure meeting you and your good wife Janice, and doing the rounds introducing everyone to everyone else. I'm so pleased that we were able to gather together a nice group of CLW members at the event. I also remember how Georges Nahon kept calling on me to provide names and information on just about every film under the sun at McDonalds! He's absolutely great, isn't he?! What was it he called me? "Monsieur Encyclopaedia"?! That was so funny! I'm laughing now as I type! A great experience indeed! Thank you for everything:
Warmest regards,
Andrés
