I have brought back a feature which was very popular years ago, the quiz section. It can be accessed directly for the navigation menu. You can enter quizzes and this time, you can also submit your own quizzes from the same page. It has a leaderboard which contains the names of the mebers with their own scores. This is a fun fuature intended to be used as a fun and learning tool.
I will try to upload some of the old quizzes but the idea is that members submit their own quizzes to test other member's knowledge. After you submit a quiz, it needs to be moderated so please send me a PM to let me know and also, post in this thread any issues of problems that you may encounter doing so. Right now, I am not sure if the feature is 100% stable. So you do need to tell me if you encounter errors.

New Hammer Quiz
I've posted a quiz based on Mr Lee's Hammer films. I know it was a bit cheeky to actually take the quiz but I wanted to make sure it worked OK which it does.
I realise there are too many boxes to tick but as long as you tick the box next to your answer it should register properly.

Matt, Interesting Quiz...........I have only seen a couple of the hammer films you use as choices in the quiz...And thus..........I got a perfect 0%!!!!!!!!!!!:girl:
So anyone else taking the quiz (no matter how low a percentage you get) you can feel good that you aren't the lowest score!!!!!:marchmell

well thanxs Helen i took the Hammer Quiz as well. i got a 20%! one of them i guess cause of the it came out. & the other i got lucky on. soo i guess i'm doing better than some people well so far anywys. a LOT of them i haven't seen yet either to be honest. & on the triva section i don't remember hearing Mr. Lee wrote anything for a film. least to my knowledge. hmm... THAT is one i did get wrong though. good quiz though i had fun doing it. thanxs for it! :biggrin:

i also just took the "Jinnah" Quiz & haven't seen the film yet. nor it's documentary. i got 3 & a half right. one i guess was a trick question. soo i got that one halfway right. i got aa 35% not bad i guess for someone who doesn't really know much about the history of the film ya know? hehe

It's great to see the quizzes back, Juan. I have just had a go at the Jinnah quiz and everything seemd to work OK. Well, everything except my brain - I only managed a paltry 30%!
Oh well, I'm going to blame it on the cold weather.......
