A little while back someone posted here about the LOTR rpg card game. Apparently there is a book to be published on how to play it (since the instructions with the cards were impossible to follow, I've yet to meet someone who figured them out). I don't have an ISBN because so far I've only seen this in the store on this website: http://www.lotrfanclub.com. It's called The Lord of the Rings Core Roleplaying Book. You can preorder it there in a few weeks (unless you're a member in which case I think you can buy them before anyone else or something along those lines).
