My name is Nicholas Morrell and I'm a Big Christopher Lee fan. I was first introduced to him through the LOTR trilogy(I'm a diehard fan of the books and anythink Tolkien) and subsequently have watched anything he appears in. I'm 25, live in Wisconsin in the US, and basically look forward to discuss any and all things regarding mr. Lee.

I am also interested in Prof Tolkien's work, although I have only read a couple of the books so far. You're in good company here though, as, unsurprisingly, there are quite a few members who are conversant with Tolkien's writing. Anyway, take care and all the best:

thank you everyone fior the kind words and Aaron. I too know the minutae of Tolkien, especially about the LOTR. on other sites I frquent, I would have chatrs on Toljkien and they got into VERY deep detail, which I of course enjoyed.Mr. Lee himself was the cast expert on all things Tolkein in the LOTR set, folks would be constantly asking him questions, trying to trip him up. which apparently they never did.

Haha, yes Nicholas I thought you might be that devoted a fan - wasn't it you who proposed a trivia tournament?
And yes, I heard Christopher Lee was THE Tolkien expert on the cast, having met Prof Tolkien himself - he used to correct people's pronunciation on set too didn't he? I like it when an actor involved in a project is a fan himself - the passion really comes through. The portrayal of Saruman was perfect in all his subtleties (and his pronunciation was pretty good too!)
