A couple of years ago, Sir Christopher recorded all the voices for an animated version of the "Fall of the House of Usher". Now, Belgium's The Big Farm will co-produce it as part of Raul Garcia's 3D "Extraordinary Tales".
Liege's Digital Graphics, a European coloring-compositing studio, will also provide animation on the toon anthology. This completes the co-production structure for one of Europe's most-awaited for animated, literary adaptation. Footage from The House of Usher, will be shown at this week's 13th Cartoon movie in Lyon.
This is a passion project for Raul Garcia, who is also a personal friend. Raul is a former animator at Pixar, Disney and Dreamworks, "Extraordinary Tales" builds on his multi-award winning 2005 "The Tell-Tale Heart", which was voice by Bela Lugosi and made in black and white. (See video clip)
"Extraordinary Tales" will be ready in the summer of 2012.
