movie title

I'm trying to find the name of a dracula movie I went to when I was aroung 10 years old. I'm guessing the movie was in the late 60's or early 70's. I remember one scene that stuck in my head. Dracula was brought back to life by the hanging of person or persons, can't remember, upside down over his coffin. The throats were slashed, and the dripping of the blood brought him back.
