Hi. I placed an order for a Dracula ring. The money was debited from my account. There is no information about my orders under my account. How do I know my order was shipped. Thank you for any information.
We lost two weeks of information in our database, that is why it is not showing up. However, we kept a back up of all orders and I can confirmed that your order has been shipped. Seat tight and if there are any problems, send me an e-mail. I do not not read the forums regularly, so e-mail is always the best way.
