There is one posted on eBay from Haunted Studios:
Or you can order it directly from their website, where you can get it in Bronze or Silver.
Then there is this ring offered from Monsters In Motion:
What are your thoughts on the first two rings in relation to the one offered right from this website? It's my understanding that the last ring, with the Carnelian Blood stone is closer to the Bela Lugosi version. Yet I'm looking for the best representation of Sir Christopher's ring. I'm inclined to get the ring offered from this website. I mean it makes sense that the best ring to get would be offered from his own website, but I don't know. Which do you suggest?
Re: Your Thoughts on a Few Dracula Rings
Hello startrekkin58,
The only thing I would have to say, in relation to the rings you have mentioned, is that the ring sold on this site, is assured of authenticity. I have purchased one myself, from this site and am very happy with it.
Re: Your Thoughts on a Few Dracula Rings
The ring on Monsters in Motion are the Lugosi ring and "no" way can be compared to that of Christopher Lee's. Some people or collectors prefer the Lugosi ring due to it being a bit more attractive with the design and red stone background. The Lugosi style ring is offered by Dimensional Designs and is great looking. The better version of that ring was made by QMX. Now the Lee style ring, doesn't get any better if you purchase it anywhere but here. Christopher Lee's ring and the ring offered here are identical. It is a masterpiece and also comes with a very nice COA.
Re: Your Thoughts on a Few Dracula Rings
The ring on the Monsters in Motion website are based on the Lugosi version and can't really be compared to the Christopher Lee ring. I bought my ring from here and love it. It comes with a COA also. The Lugosi style ring was made from Dimensional Designs and QMX. The better of the two is the QMX version. Some people and collectors would rather have the Lugosi ring maybe due to it being a bit more attractive with the gothig design and red stone backing. Not me though.....a true Christopher Lee fan would only choose one......the ring sold here, it is a beautiful piece.
Re: Your Thoughts on a Few Dracula Rings
I have decided on the ring offered off of this website, but I haven't ordered it yet. I've been a little financially preoccupied with some other things lately. I'll post pictures when I do order it and it arrives. Thanks for asking!
I'm several months late in
I'm several months late in contributing to this thread but here goes.....
I agree with David in that the ring sold via this website is the closest you will ever get to the one worn by Sir Christopher in the last 5 Hammer Dracula films. For one thing, it is made out of solid silver like the original - unlike those offered by the Haunted Studio which are made of cold-cast resin (hard plastic). Even the rings made by Richard Sheffield (the guy who knew Bela Lugosi in his youth and who owned the Carradine/Lugosi dracula ring before passing it on to Forrest J Ackerman) are just made of what looks like rather poorly-cast pewter.
As to the carnelian/silver rings - these are based on the aforementioned Carradine/Lugosi ring and are much flashier. However, although this ring can probably be considered the "daddy" of Sir Christopher's ring (as it provided the cast of the Dracula crest), it has no real relationship to the one which played such a pivotal role in several of the later Hammers and in which the originator of this thread seems (seemed?) most interested.
I myself own the QMX replica of the Lugosi ring and both the CLW and Sheffield versions of the Hammer type. Believe me, I've looked at dozens of stills and screen-shots and the CLW ring is virtually identical (bar the actual circular "ring" which appears to have a central groove running around it on the original - see attached pic for clarification)
All the best and season's greetings.
Simon
Re: I'm several months late in
Hey guys, I'm back. Thanks for the valuable information. Unfortunately, when I went to buy the ring off of this website, the link disappeared. I guess it's no longer being sold on Sir Lee's website? In any event, yet another ring has popped up, this time from Factory Entertainment. It looks very nice indeed:

Interestingly enough, the description says the design has been worn by Bela Lugosi and Sir Christopher Lee. Your thoughts?

did you end up getting? post some pics!
Re: Your Thoughts on a Few Dracula Rings
I think you work for Monsters in Motion!
