I have three autographs of Sir Christopher Lee, that He signed for me, 34 years ago, when I was so lucky to meet Him, in London. This time, when I saw Him again here in Trieste, I did not have the chance to ask Him to sign me an autograph, as I was told He was very tired and so He was not going to sign any autograph for the audience.
Hi David,
I have sent for a signed "The Wicker Man" B/W still. I just think it is such an iconic pose. An image that says so much, and a powerful moment in cinema history.
Still chilling today.
Thats awsome pal, which photo did you get? Keep those pics protected......Unfortunately Mr. Lee will no longer sign Dracula items.......you know what I would give to have him sign my cape?? Bummer. I have a awsome photo of him from TTBOD in full costume and If I remember correctly he is drinking a glass of milk. All of my photos are stored at my parents house.
~ttyl,
I have 100's of 8x10's of Mr. Lee. I have 6 of him as Dracula hand signed. I would love to have a regular photo of just him in non costume of any character signed to me......how great that would be!
~David Pecchia.
Hi David,
I have recently purchased one of the photo's from the store. So I am hoping to be the proud owner of a Christopher Lee, autographed still, very soon. I shall immediately have it framed.
All the best.
I have 100's of 8x10's of Mr. Lee. I have 6 of him as Dracula hand signed. I would love to have a regular photo of just him in non costume of any character signed to me......how great that would be!
I would dearly love to meet the man himself, and obtain an autograph... much more personal. But have recently been considering purchasing one of the photo's from the store.
Unfortunately I don`t have autographs of Mr Lee.
But to be honest, I never ever collected autographs! It is quite different when I meet "my idol" , when I have the luck to talk to/with him. In that situation, an autograph is something very special, a kind of treasure and it would mean a lot to me.
Well, who knows...maybe I am lucky one day to see Mr Lee in "real life". Would be a fantastic present for me...but if not, it won`t change my adoration and well...he can`t meet all of his fans, can`t he? That would keep him very, very busy, haha.
But it is not forbidden to dream sometimes...
Best wishes and congratulations to all of the fans here, who have an autograph at home! I am sure you are very happy and proud!
I've always held the view that owning such a prised item, is made all the more priceless by having met your idol at the same time, two things that I have sadly not managed to do yet.
Maybe one day. . . I hope so.
I also sent letters, but he didn't never know if the postal address was correct.
It is one. :bawling:
Meu Deus! It would be the accomplishment of the part of a great dream. Only of imagining that one day could receive a "Hello Isabel" written by Christopher Lee, a picture... he/she moves me. I take oath, now they arrive me tears to the eyes.
Marije, send me for email the address that used to send letter, please.
We should never give up the dreams, to ask is not offense. One day Mr. Lee will drive me a word, I believe in that. :adore:
Oh I ain't giving up *looks at the stack of copies of the letter* I'ma gonna send 'em all!! Just kidding.
:shot: where I got the adress from I don't remember. I recall I got it after googling my pale butt off :shot:

I have 4..I put '3' in the poll, but forgot the one in my DVD from the May signing. Stupid me - how could I forget that one...?!
My first one is the one I got from joining as a Premium Member in 2002, which is framed near my bed.
The second was my large Dooku print from the SW Fan Club which I got signed through an online signing here, on the site, in, I think, late 2002. I posted it down to London to be signed. I didn't attend the online signing because I couldn't download the software needed properly, but I'm thrilled with my picture - personalised and all! It's framed, but I haven't had chance to put it on the wall yet! I'll badger my dad to put a hook on my wall for the frame as soon as possible! It deserves to be seen!
My third autograph is in a LotR book from the November signing in Nottingham last year, the first one I'd got in person - and also where I met Star38 for the first time! *waves* And my penpal Martin, too! That was so cool - and I was so nervous! I can't believe that it was nearly a year ago already!
My fourth and final one is in my Making of a Legend DVD, from the London signing in May, which was just an amazng event. It was too cool for words! ^_^ Too, too, cool!
All but my first autograph are personalised, so mean more to me in a way, but they're all great. I feel very priviledged to have them.
I have a signed James Bond Card and I just obtained a signed 8x10 photo of Count Dooku from a signing for C2 Ventures.
I would of loved to get a personalized autograph when I saw Mr. Lee in person last year at Barnes & Nobles in NYC when he did a panel for Lord of the Rings. It was great to see him in person I was only about 2 feet from him when he exited the panel. He did not sign many autographs though. I just hope I get another opportunity someday.
1) I've got his autographed copy of "Tall, Dark and Gruesome"
2) I've got the 5x7 from joining the Fan Club last year...
3) Finally...my prize...the personally signed photo of Saruman from the fan club that Juan hooked me up with! It's the shot of Saruman with his hand over the palantir and Mr. Lee signed it "Brandon, my best wishes, Christopher Lee"
I wish I had more...but I consider myself fortunate enough to have these!
Sadly, I do not own any Christopher Lee photographs. I do have some really cool pictures of him, but I have not seen him in person to have them autographed. I recently became a big fan of Mr. Lee and haven't had time to start a big collection of his merchandise. I have some Star Wars memorbillia of him as Dooku, and a few of his Dracula movies.
If anyone on here could let me in on when he makes appearances in the US, that would be great. Right now I live in Oklahoma, but after December I am moving to Washington, D.C.. I never know when or where Mr. Lee makes appearances. The only autographs that I have are of American Politicians, and that is quite a lot. I really want to start collecting Mr. Lee's autograph.
Only one? Only one?? I thought that only one was quite an achievement as it is It lies in a little treasure chest, bedded on red velvet, and anyone who dares touch it when I'm around gets hissed at
I have none yet, but I hope to get one soon. I do have autographs from some sci-fi stars. I have one of Richard Hatch (Battlestar Galatica), Magel Barret Roddenberry ( Star Trek, and wife of Gene Roddenberry), and Robert Picardo ( Gremlins 2, Star Trek: Voyager).:frostyang

E-bay can be fun at times and i've been lucky once more.
I bought (didn't bid on it) The Exorcist Special Edition on E-bay. (region 1).
This (very large) box, contains the dvd, a very nice book, the soundtrack, 8 lobby cards and a very nice film frame.
I think this costed me a little more than a .
When it arrived the whole package was still sealed.
When i opened it i noticed the filmframe was actually signed by Linda Blair.
It says: 'you make my head spin! Love Linda Blair'.
On the internet looking for any info about this i found out there were only 500 copies signed. (the rest were without an autograph)
If the seller would have known this.....
It's a great piece of memorabilia for my favourite film of all time . I met Linda Blair in Birmingham and got the film frame signed " To Matt , hugs and kisses , you're a real head turner " GREAT !:1roll:
I have a signed (and dedicated) copy of the British version of "Tall, Dark & Gruesome", thanks to Juan. He kindly offered to obtain this autograph for me in a reply to a forum posting elsewhere on this site. I mailed the book to Juan, he obtained the signature & then mailed the book back to me (at his own expense)...quite a nice gesture, I might add. I also have a signed bookplate inserted in the expanded American edition of "TDG", but, obviously the hardback is the "jewel" of my modest collection.

I bought a copy of Tall dark and gruesome with an autograph that looks genuine ..but doesnt matter that much to meeithr way. At the time i just wanted to have the book and was having trouble getting it so price was really not a option nor was an autograph. Honestly im not big into autographs if i met him it would be a bigger deal to me to shake his hand and tell him how much his films have meant to me.... now a photo with him tha would be my holy grail
It's on my bedroom wall, nicely framed with another photo of mr. lee and I next to it from the Making of A Legend event. Juan, Ive also got your arm in that photo too,

The question for you should be. How many autographs does Mr Lee have that are signed of you? or How many copies of Tall, Dark and Gruesome have you signed?
LOL. I think Mr Lee has about three of mine, unless he has been on E-bay, but they could possibly be fakes.
It's strange how every time I have met Mr. Lee, it's...

I bought it signed, from E-bay.
I could either bid on it or buy it. It was just up on e-bay.
Knewing that bidding would up the price significally, i pressed the buy button. $57 in total.
Ofcourse i didn't knew if the autograph was real or a fake.
But the cd alone was worth the money.
When i got it, the autograph looked real too me.
I scanned it and send it to Juan, who confirmed it was the real deal.

I have five, although one isn't authenticated. Mr. Juan has agreed it looks authentic, and it was signed in the late nineties, so there's a good chance it is. It's a set of first-day cover stamps featuring great horror characters from English literature, Dracula, of course, being featured.
The others I got from this wonderful site -- my premiere membership materials, my "Making of a Legend" DVD, and my Christmas card from last year. All prized possessions, and highly cherished.
I just realized I entered four on the poll -- that's wrong, it's five!

Just one so far of Count Dooku I got from this site and I well treasure it for ever. Iam looking at it as I type this by the wall where it hangs.
