Part 2 of this Forbes interview is just great. Cant waite to see more of this interview. To me its very intersting to watch and hear his idea on actors to day.

I completely agree with Christopher about the novice actors. You can get a big role in some great film and after time, peoples will forget you,  that was complete its career.
